Say helllo to the upgraded Chocolate Chip Cookie!
These are delicious chocolate chip cookies with an OREO INSIDE! and here’s the really crazy part that most people cannot understand. I do not like Oreo’s. I’m not sure why, I just don’t really care for them. Maybe it’s the middle….i feel like it tastes like wax. The outer cookie is okay, i guess. But you know what else? I LOVE putting Oreo’s inside of brownies and cookies, when they become all soft and gooey, that’s what I like.
So today that is what I’ve done. Here is the recipe for some absolutely incredible cookies that will be gone in an instant! My son helped me make these, he was in charge of rolling the dough over the Oreo.
Begin with a large stack of Oreo’s……….
After you have made the chocolate chip cookie dough (recipe below) then make sure you completely cover the oreo. I like to begin by doing the bottom half first.
Then I like to add the dough to the top and make sure the entire Oreo is encapsulated.
When they look like this, they are ready to go!
Place them on the cookie sheet and then bake.
When they are done baking they come out and look just like a normal chocolate chip cookie….
but beware! They are packed full of incredible deliciousness!
Just take a look at that beauty! I guarantee you can’t eat just one.
- watermelon slices
- feta cheese, crumbled
- mint leaves, cut into small pieces
- Cut your watermelon into slices, as small or large as you'd like.
- Then sprinkle some feta cheese and cut up mint onto each slice.
- Enjoy!
