I am super picky about smoothies and have tried time and time again to find a “green smoothie” that I love. Well, I have FINALLY found it and am LOVING IT! I shared the recipe below, I hope you too will greatly enjoy it!
Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 apple, cored & chopped
- 1 pear, cored & chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 lemon, juice of 1/2-whole lemon
Instructions
- Chop up romaine lettuce, apple, banana, and pear.
- Add water and romaine to blender and mix.
- Add celery, spinach, apple, pear, banana, and lemon juice.
- Drink up and any excess can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
