Recently we went out to dinner for my birthday and the restaurant brought out this delicious cheesy dip for our bread.

That was all it took and I was enamored. 

The next week I made it with our dinner and it. is. SO. good.

You will need:

High end olive oil
pepper, freshly cracked
shaved parmesan cheese
