It’s the LOVE month!
In honor of the upcoming Valentine’s Day, I wanted to make something that is one of my favorite treats!
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries!
These are super easy to eat and *warning* will not last long….that is if you’re anything like me.
These were so delicious and were quickly eaten!
You will need:
24 oz semisweet chocolate chips
6 oz white chocolate chips
12-16 large strawberries
To Make:
Melt both the semisweet and white chocolate in separate glass bowls over saucepans of simmering water.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Delicious chocolate beginning to melt.
Take a strawberry and gently lay it on its side in the bowl of melted semisweet chocolate.
Hold it by the stem and twist so that it’s mostly covered in chocolate.
Repeat with all other strawberries.
Let the strawberries sit at room temperature to set slightly, about half an hour.
Transfer the melted white chocolate to a small piping bag and drizzle strips all over the chocolate on the strawberries.
Then store in the fridge to completely set.
I mean seriously, how addicting do these look?
