As my boys and I sat thinking about Teacher gifts this year, I asked them What is the perfect gift?
And my six year old promptly said, “I don’t know, but can I go on the computer and look at Amazon?”
This is a newfound love for him.
He asks to go on Amazon and then he peruses the pages looking at toys and adding them to his “wish list”.
I think it’s cute and helps me out when I’m busy trying to make dinner, but MORE than that…
my son has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and will lost handwriting capabilities and will need to work on the computer and other assistive technology in the upcoming years.
So, while he thinks he’s just looking at toys, I know that he is learning how to type, where the buttons are, and how to control the mouse.
All key things for his development, so win-win for both of us!
Anyway, after talking with him it HIT ME.
Of Course!
Who doesn’t LOVE AMAZON?
I mean they have EVERYTHING!
seriously.
I get my soup, food, juice, toys, books, cleaners, clothes, and home improvement things….heck I EVEN just bought my kitchen sink off there!
So…I’m sure there is something that they would want.
So, we found these ADORABLE printable Amazon cards from The Creative Mom and put together a little gift.
It took a few seconds,
all you need to do is go here and order an amazon gift card. You can print them at home, send them via email, or request an actual card to me mailed to you.
Then go HERE to print out the card, cut it out, add the giftcard, and you’re finshed!
One happy mama and one happy teacher!
Yum
